You can return your product for store credit.

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note that you will be responsible to pay for return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee. 

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

It must be sent to the address that we provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable!

If you receive a refund via store credit, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility for Refund 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Exempt Goods

Gift cards and made to order items are exempt from refunds. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
